Psychotherapy & Counselling

When you listen generously to people they can hear the truth in themselves, often for the first time.

Individual Counselling

Some people know what they would like to work on in individual therapy. However, for some of us, we know something is wrong but we cannot name it. Or we know what is troubling us but find it awkward to talk to someone about it. We are afraid of being judged. What will happen if we continue to ignore what is troubling us?

My individual counselling and psychotherapy approach is that I work together with you to:

You leave sessions with new insights, tools and resources for everyday use.

How the sessions are carried out:

I also offer individual and couples online counselling and psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression and relationship stressors. Find out more about how online counseling works:

Couples Counselling

People come to couples counselling for different reasons. The communication between the couple have become negative, or one partner has had an affair. The couple may seem to have become more like roommates than a married couple, or they both do not know how to resolve their differences. Disappointment, anger and fear begin to replace initial hope.

During couples’ therapy, I work with both partners:

The sooner issues between a couple are addressed, the easier they are to work out. The sessions are a safe space where both you and your partner are able to express your needs and feelings across to each other, without the fear of being attacked or criticized. An initial session will enable you and your partner to discover if couples counselling is a way forward for you.
